I have had a very successful Real Estate career over the past 30 years attaining the distinction of Outstanding Life Member and Past President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors (SAR), plus the Top 10% and Executive Associate awards with Windermere Realty. That success is built on the foundation of trust and striving to always provide my clients with the highest degree of dedication and service as a professional, while recognizing that I have a special commitment in being their fiduciary. In recent years, I have teamed with my wife, Cleo and daughter, Aly to form The Greenwood Team with over 40 years of combined experience.

As a Carmichael resident for over 37 years, I have had the privilege to serve my community in numerous capacities. Over the past 15 years I have served as an elected director for the Carmichael Water District. As a Director, I have also represented my community as Chair for the Regional Water Authority (RWA) and a member of RWA's Executive Committee. I have also had the privilege and honor to serve as a Commissioner for Sacramento County's Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo). The Kiwanis Club of Carmichael is a very special "family" to me, and has provided the opportunity for me to be of service to others in our area, while developing very special friendships. Recently because of my involvements, I was named Volunteer of the Year by the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce.

My education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas, El Paso. Together with my years of experience, business contacts, and successful leadership, I have been able to develop a successful real estate career. However, while tireless, committed and hardworking advocate for all of the citizens of our community, I take special pride in my family. I am proud to say that I have been married to my fabulous wife, Cleo, for over 42 years. We both love our family with 4 children and 4 grandchildren and always save lots of time to enjoy family outings, golf trips, gardening, wine outings, cooking and just spending quality time with our family and friends...and of course…, time with our 2 dogs Gizmo and Harley plus our cat Sophie.
